A few general notes about trail rides:

*All trail rides are guided by our experienced staff.

*We tailor the ride to you, offering the opportunity to walk, trot, and canter, according to the skill level of the rider.

*Children age 7 and over may ride their own horse. Pony rides are offered for children under this age.

*Children under age 14 must be accompanied by an adult.

*All children aged 14 and under must wear a riding helmet. Adults are welcomed to wear them too. We've got plenty at the barn to borrow, or you can bring your own (bike helmets are fine).

*We suggest wearing sturdy, heeled boots and long pants on your ride. NO SANDALS! Bug spray and sun screen are often a good idea. Cameras and sunglasses should be left at the barn or at home, if possible.

*Please arrive 15 minutes early for your ride, to leave time for instruction.
